    • If you need to cancel or reschedule, give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
    • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
  3. Payments
    • Payment is due when the service is provided.
    • We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards.
    • Discounts, gift cards, or promotions must be applied at the time of payment.
  4. Online Bookings
    • When you book online through GlossGenius, you agree to their terms and privacy policy in addition to ours.
  5. Respect & Conduct
    • We want Timber & Blade to be a comfortable place for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse service if someone behaves in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.
  6. Liability
    • We do our best to provide safe and quality services. However, Timber & Blade is not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, or dissatisfaction with results.
  7. Content Ownership
    • Our shop name, logo, and website content belong to Timber & Blade. Please do not use them without permission.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

  2. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
    • Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
    • Missed appointments or late cancelations may result in a fee.
  3. PAYMENTS

    • We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards.
